Brief description Historic building with a beautiful central arcaded cloister, at the edges of the historic centre renowned for tourism, as well as a historically consolidated administrative centre. On the northwest side the building borders and recent building operation with a large public square of more than 3,000 m2, with public parking underneath it with about 140 parking spaces. In the first and second basement level, there is much availability of car garages and storage. Various businesses are already open on the square, including a bank and a bar, with outdoor seating. On the square side, just a few metres from the building, there is a bus stop
