Brief description The building is located on a trapezoidal shaped corner lot in the centre of the city of Monza, and conforms to the outlines. It is built around a central courtyard with room dedicated to offices/clinics arrayed along the external perimeter of the building and a distribution passage facing the inside of the lot. The building, constructed with weight-bearing structures in concrete, presents facades marked by rhythmic repetition of the opening and stringcourse bands.
